Strengthening menopause and women's health knowledge across healthcare teams

The ThriveWell Clinical Education™ is a physician-informed professional education program designed to strengthen knowledge, confidence and communication around perimenopause, menopause and women’s health.

Developed with guidance from the ThriveWell Clinical and Workplace Advisory Council, the program supports healthcare professionals who want to better recognize, understand and respond to the health concerns women may experience during perimenopause and beyond.

 

Designed For

  • Behavioral health professionals

  • Healthcare leaders and employee health teams

90 Minute Education to Include

  • Recognizing the wide range of perimenopause and menopause symptoms.

  •  Understanding hormonal and nonhormonal treatment pathways.

  • Exploring connections to sleep, mental health, cardiovascular health, bone health, metabolic health, sexual health, and cognitive changes

  • Identifying symptoms that may be overlooked, minimized, or misattributed.

  • Strengthening patient communication, care navigation, and referral pathways.

  • Improving interdisciplinary understanding across the healthcare system.

Programs may be delivered through a structured certificate series, Grand Rounds, clinical team training, leadership education, or customized healthcare system programming.

For Wellness Professionals

ThriveWell Menopause
Coach Certification™

A training program that equips wellness professionals and women’s health advocates with the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to support women through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

Designed For

Wellness professionals, health coaches, fitness trainers, HR professionals, community leaders and women’s health advocates.

The 4 Week Program Includes

  • Menopause education, hormone health, symptom awareness, nutrition, movement, brain health, emotional wellbeing, sleep  and healthy aging.

  • Evidence informed education on hormonal and nonhormonal support options.

  • Practical coaching tools, communication frameworks, ethical guidelines and referral protocols.

  • Strategies for supporting women in private practice, wellness settings, community programs and workplace environments.

 

Graduates join the ThriveWell community of menopause educators and may apply as a ThriveWell Women's Health Workplace Standard Facilitator, creating an opportunity to deliver workplace education as a paid ThriveWell Facilitator.
