ThriveWell Certified Menopause Coach™
A four-week training program designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and confidence to support women through every stage of the menopause transition.
• Ideal for wellness professionals, fitness trainers, health coaches, healthcare advocates, community leaders, HR professionals and those passionate about women's health and wellbeing.
• Provides a strong foundation in menopause education, hormone health, symptom awareness, nutrition, fitness, brain health, emotional wellbeing and lifestyle strategies.
• Explores evidence-informed approaches to HRT, phytoestrogens, gut health, movement, stress management, sleep and healthy aging.
• Includes practical coaching tools, communication frameworks, ethical guidelines and referral protocols.
• Prepares graduates to educate, support, and empower women in private practice, wellness settings, community programs and workplace environments.
• Provides opportunities to join the ThriveWell community of menopause leaders, educators, advocates and changemakers.
• Creates an optional pathway to apply for the ThriveWell Facilitator Program™ and support organizations participating in the ThriveWell Women Thrive at Work Standard™.
Graduates of the ThriveWell Certified Menopause Coach™ program may apply to become paid ThriveWell Facilitators and
support workplace education initiatives.
