Dr. Shyrlena Bogard, MD is a board-certified OB/GYN, women's longevity physician, and the founder of the Femme Longevity where she is rewriting the rules of how women age, perform and thrive.

With over 15 years of clinical experience in women's hormonal health, sexual function, and metabolic wellness, she developed Sexual Longevity Medicine™ - a proprietary, physician-led framework that treats sexual vitality not as a bedroom concern, but as a core clinical biomarker of a woman's overall health and longevity.
