She has built and operated two businesses, DeLucca Events and now ThriveWell Experiences and has produced thousands of events and initiatives while cultivating relationships with global brands, healthcare leaders, nonprofit organizations, municipalities and community partners.
Her approach to wellness is shaped by a lifelong interest in longevity and mental health, as well as her background as an ACE-Certified personal trainer, fitness and nutritional lifestyle speaker and competitive athlete. Through ongoing education in women’s health and menopause, Wendy views wellness not as a trend or product, but as a lived experience influenced by culture, environment and conversation.

She holds a BA in Spanish, completed international marketing training with Starbucks and has traveled extensively -experiences that continue to inform her sensitivity to language, place and cross-cultural collaboration.
