Founder & Cultural Producer
Wendy DeLucca, founder of ThriveWell Experiences, is a cultural producer and moderator who creates thoughtfully curated experiences at the intersection of wellness, culture, and community. Her work is grounded in a long-held belief that well-designed gatherings whether large-scale or intimate can foster meaningful connection, dialogue and lasting impact.
With over two decades of experience, Wendy has produced and supported more than 100 events and cultural initiatives, including Key West to Cuba Festival, FITCE and ThriveWell Women's Wellness Retreat. Her work spans corporate, non-profit and community contexts, collaborating with global brands, institutions, and municipalities while maintaining a strong emphasis on storytelling, design and audience experience.
Her approach to wellness is shaped by a lifelong interest in longevity and mental health, as well as her background as an ACE-Certified personal trainer, fitness and nutritional lifestyle speaker and competitive athlete. Through ongoing education in women’s health and menopause, Wendy views wellness not as a trend or product, but as a lived experience influenced by culture, environment and conversation.
Through ThriveWell Experiences, she brings together healthcare professionals, fitness and wellness experts and voices from creative and cultural fields to the workplace and community to explore women’s wellbeing and life transitions in ways that are informed, inclusive and deeply human.
Known for her eye for design and her ability to guide projects from conception through execution, Wendy brings a global, culturally informed perspective to every initiative she leads. She holds a BA in Spanish, completed international marketing training with Starbucks and has traveled extensively -experiences that continue to inform her sensitivity to language, place and cross-cultural collaboration.
She currently serves as Membership Director at The Carillon Wellness Resort, where she helps guide members through their personal wellness journeys. Her work at Carillon and the growth of ThriveWell Experiences complement one another, reinforcing her commitment to community-centered wellness and meaningful engagement.
Wendy creates experiences that balance thoughtful design with meaningful exchange. Her work is defined by clarity, collaboration, and a commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, engaged and inspired to carry the conversation forward.
